Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse wanting to work in the disability sector? Join our National Clinical team, reporting to the Director of Nursing. This role involves providing health and wellbeing advice and support to individuals and staff across New Zealand. Responsibilities include advocating for equitable medical treatment, assisting our non-regulated workforce with complex hospital discharges, and supporting palliative care. While not hands-on, this position leverages your clinical knowledge to support positive outcomes for the people in our services. Open to an experienced RN, this full-time role offers opportunities for professional growth in a well-established successful national team.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

  • Current APC with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload.
  • Previous experience working in a community setting and with clients who have high and complex needs (would be an advantage)
