We have an opportunity for an Assistant Systems Analyst to join our Real Estate Management Services team in Auckland CBD.
This role supports Accounts Payable operations and finance systems across REMS, contributing to accurate processing, system support, and continuous improvement. Initially transactional in nature, the position offers genuine development into systems analysis, testing, and automation within a complex and high-quality service environment.
This role will suit a highly organised, detail‑focused professional with a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting high-volume invoice indexing using the Invoice Management System
- Monitoring and reporting AP automation issues, investigating these issues as required
- Managing supplier set-ups, changes, and offboarding in MRI
- Monitoring the AP inbox and responding to or triaging supplier queries
- Supporting REMS staff with system usage and AP processes
- Assisting with systems testing for enhancements and new tools
- Identifying opportunities for AP automation and process improvement
- Processing management fee receipts, sundry fees, and corporate recharges
- Supporting system accuracy, controls, and compliance across REMS
Qualifications

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
