- Run NZ and offshore (US/UK) payment cycles end to end
- Own high-volume, multi-market invoice processing with strong controls
- Play a key role in keeping our AP processes audit-ready, accurate, and scalable
About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Global AP team based in Auckland. This role delivers end-to-end AP support with a strong emphasis on payment execution and multi-market invoice processing.
You’ll primarily process invoices for our US and UK entities, run NZ and US/UK payment cycles, and provide cross-cover across NZ entities when required. You’ll work closely with Treasury, Tax, local finance teams, and suppliers to ensure invoices are processed accurately, payments are released on time, and controls are consistently applied.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning their path, thinking holistically about cashflow and controls, and contributing to continuous improvement across a global AP function.
Skills And Experience You'll Need
You’re organised, detail-focused, and comfortable owning complex AP processes in a multi-entity environment. You communicate clearly, follow through, and understand how AP decisions impact cash, controls, suppliers, and month-end.
You’ll Shine If You Have
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role (multi-entity and/or multi-market preferred)
- Hands-on experience running payment cycles and managing cut-offs
- Strong ERP capability (Dynamics 365 highly regarded) and AP workflow tools
- Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Confidence following up stakeholders firmly and professionally
- High attention to detail and a strong control mindset
