Compliance Consultant - IQP, Auckland

We have an excellent opportunity for a Building Compliance Consultant to join our talented Property team in Auckland. You will play a key role in processing the day-to-day delivery of the Building Warrant of Fitness work streams for Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch offices for key clients across Aotearoa. Manage the scheduling of all BWOF and compliance audits along with maintenance of our internal management platform (BICS).

To provide support to Project Managers and to manage projects of Complexity Tier 1 using the WSP Project Management Framework.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or professional industry qualification
  • Certified Independently Qualified Person (IQP)
  • Ideally 6+ years’ industry relevant experience
  • Experience with Building Act and BWOF compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of Building Act 2004
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, plus other software such as Project is an advantage
  • Experience in consulting would be advantageous, though not essential.
