Consultant – Compliance & Building Asset Management

An exciting opportunity to join our Wellington Property team, contributing to their growing success by delivering high ‑ quality building asset management and compliance consultancy.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Focus On

• Developing asset strategies and lifecycle solutions for clients
• Providing expert guidance on BWOF and building compliance
• Completing annual BWOF surveys and associated documentation

Your client centric approach and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will contribute to growing the Wellington Compliance and Building Asset Management business, strengthening our profile through consistent service delivery and new business development.

About You

• Relevant tertiary degree/diploma/certificate
• IQP Certified for Wellington
• Current clean Drivers Licence.
• Proven professional experience in Asset Management, or an associated professional field
• Consulting experience is an advantage.
