As a Home Ownership Manager, you’ll guide customers through one of the most significant journeys of their lives — owning a home.
From First Home Buyers To Seasoned Investors, You’ll
- Lead meaningful, high-quality lending conversations
- Understand each customer’s full financial picture and tailor solutions
- Support customers across every stage of their home ownership journey
- Deliver strong, sustainable outcomes while managing risk responsibly

We’re looking for someone who combines strong lending expertise with a genuine passion for people.
You Will Ideally Bring
- Proven experience in home lending and a strong understanding of lending products
- The ability to build trust quickly and have confident, meaningful financial conversations
- Sound knowledge of responsible lending and compliance requirements
- Strong relationship management and networking skills
- A proactive mindset — identifying opportunities and anticipating customer needs
