About The Role
This is a hands‑on Operations Support role where you’ll make a genuine difference to how our NZ Regional Managers show up for their teams. You’ll be the person who brings structure, momentum and follow‑through — taking the admin and coordination load off our leaders so they can focus on what matters most in store.
You’ll support five Regional Managers across New Zealand, helping keep priorities moving, meetings running smoothly and the Auckland office operating effectively. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being in the thick of things, spotting what needs doing and just getting on with it. Our team makes it happen, and this role is a big part of that.
This role is based in the Auckland Support Office and requires four days per week in the office, reflecting the office management support component.
What’s Involved
- Supporting five Regional Managers by managing operational and administrative tasks
- Proactively managing workflows, priorities and follow‑ups — keeping leaders across what’s happening and what’s coming up
- Helping plan, coordinate and run regional meetings, including logistics and follow‑ups
- Providing office management support in the Auckland office
- Coordinating calendars, travel, meetings and key milestones
- Preparing simple reports, presentations and updates to support leaders
- Supporting day‑to‑day operational processes and ad‑hoc projects
About You
You’re organised, proactive and enjoy making things easier for others. You notice what needs doing, take initiative and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. You’re practical, solutions‑focused and happy being office‑based, supporting leaders and the wider team.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in an operations, administration or support role (advantageous)
- Strong organisation and time‑management skills
- Confident communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and see tasks through
Nau mai, haere mai - you’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
