Our client, a well-established painting and property maintenance company, is seeking an experienced

Painter to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced painter in a commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements
Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks effectively
Carry out surface preparation, painting, and finishing to high standards when required
Monitor compliance with health & safety procedures and site requirements
Liaise with clients, contractors, and management to keep projects on track

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years' painting experience
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and follow plans, specifications, and safety requirements
Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
