Architectural Graduate

An immediate-start opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Graduate to support a major multi-unit residential development currently in design.

This short-term contract role will suit someone confident stepping into a team environment and adding value from day one.

Working within a collaborative, design-focused studio, you will contribute to a large residential tower project, supporting design development, driving high-quality visual outputs using Revit and SketchUp.

The Role

This fixed-term contract role sits within a significant apartment development and will see you working closely with senior leadership and the wider consultant team. You will be heavily involved in Revit based design work, SketchUp modelling and rendering, supporting the project through a key design stage.

This opportunity will suit someone with a strong eye for design, excellent software capability and the ability to integrate quickly into an established project team.

Role Requirements

• Architectural Graduate with demonstrable experience in New Zealand or Australia
• Proven experience working on multi-unit residential or apartment developments
• High proficiency in Revit with strong SketchUp and rendering capability
• Ability to work autonomously and integrate quickly into an established team
• Availability to start immediately or at short notice
