Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Road Marking Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. Your role will focus on supporting the management team to ensure all jobs are prepared for scheduling and costs are monitored for financial performance. You will assist in Administration and co-ordination of our Roadmarking operations to Auckland and Whangarei Roadmarking depots. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry, reporting and coordination
• Assist in the process of planning and programming Roadmarking delivery
• Collate job records and other required reports and documentation
• Accurate recording of labour hire and invoice matching
• Provide general administrative support for contracts including end of month assistance.

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

• Proven experience in understanding of financial control and quality systems
• Experience of providing good quality administration support
• Previous experience with financial reporting processes
• Customer focused with the ability to deliver value-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Current driver's license
