CARTERS has been backing Kiwi builders for generations. Known for our strong relationships and values-based partnerships, we have created an exciting new position for a Communications & Partnerships Manager to own this critical space in our business.
Reporting to the GM Marketing, you’ll shape the way CARTERS communicates internally and externally, while overseeing and building on our relationships with our industry partners and sponsorships. You’ll also play a key role in building market presence of LivSpace, our kitchen design and flooring brand.
About the role
Based at our National Support Office in East Tamaki, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day planning and executing communications frameworks and partnerships, ensuring consistency of voice and strong engagement across multiple channels.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Writing and delivering internal and customer communications (EDMs, newsletters, web, social, presentations and printed collateral)
- Managing key industry partnerships (e.g. Master Builders, Certified Builders)
- Identifying ways to better leverage sponsorships and partnerships
- Supporting campaigns, events and the Advantage loyalty programme
- Improving internal communications across the business
- Working closely with digital and design to bring content to life
- Supporting the growth of LivSpace through internal communications, content, campaigns and brand activity
About you
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up into a broader, more strategic communications role while still working hands-on. You’ll have:
- Proven experience in delivering clear messaging
- Excellent copywriting skills (this is key)
- Experience working with stakeholders and partners
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
