Kei te hiahia mātou ki ōu pūkenga | We want your skills
- Lead end-to-end delivery of conferences, client events, workshops and networking experiences
- Partner with teams across the business to shape event strategy, messaging and attendee journeys
- Manage event plans, timelines, suppliers, budgets and logistics with precision
- Deliver polished, on-brand experiences that leave a lasting impression
- Track outcomes, ROI and key insights to continuously improve future events
- Support integrated marketing campaigns through event-related content, social media, collateral and digital coordination
- Proofread and refine event materials to ensure quality, consistency and brand alignment
- Support broader Marketing team priorities as needed
Nā tōu rourou | What you’ll bring
- 4+ years’ experience in corporate events, marketing or brand activations
- Proven ability to deliver seamless events from concept to execution
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including copy refinement and brand-aligned content
- A proactive, collaborative style—you take ownership, stay calm under pressure and bring positive energy
- Full NZ driver’s licence and flexibility to support event delivery outside standard hours when required
