Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist to join our busy team in Hamilton. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Your day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

Planning, developing, and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support business growth and promote company services
Advising management on marketing strategies and market opportunities for the business
Coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns through websites, social media platforms, and other advertising channels
Analysing consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify marketing opportunities
Collecting and interpreting market data to assist with business development and promotional planning
Developing and maintaining the company’s online marketing presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Liaising with advertising agencies, media organisations, and service providers to arrange promotional activities within budget requirements
Advising on pricing strategies, promotional activities, and improving brand awareness to maximise sales and customer engagement
Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparing reports for management review

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

A relevant Bachelor’s degree (or higher) OR at least five years of relevant work experience
Strong communication, marketing, and research skills
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
Strong organisational and analytical abilities
A high level of responsibility and reliability
The ability to maintain a drug- and alcohol-free workplace
