Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across analysis, requirements, documentation, testing and customer engagement, supporting the evolution of our SecuritEase platform across multiple regions.
The Business Analyst Will Be Responsible For The Following
Create, analyse, and validate functional specifications
Analyse existing processes and identify improvements, alternatives, and potential areas of scalability
Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables
Document new and updated business processes for end users
Write user stories and create and execute test plans in conjunction with Development team and testers
Support testing, training and implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the business and technology
solutions.
Review and revise documentation in light of any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk.
Engage with and inform key stakeholders, including BAU teams who will be responsible for the change going forward to ensure they remain engaged and committed throughout the project.
Essential
What you bring
- 5+ years as a BA in software, product or fintech environments
Desirable
- Experience across wealth management, broking, trading platforms, or banking
- Comfortable working in agile environments

- Clear, direct communication (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Managing schedules, timelines, and people on track
Able to communicate technical concepts effectively at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts
