This is a rare and exciting sales opportunity at New Zealand’s home of fitness, Les Mills. Since opening in 1968, we’ve been dedicated to our Purpose of ‘making humans fit for life’. Over the decades we’ve grown into a world-renowned fitness brand, while proudly remaining New Zealand owned and operated.
We are looking for a passionate professional to join us and become the next Sales Manager at our flagship club Les Mills Auckland City.
If you have the desire and experience to work for an epic Kiwi brand, are ready to lead and develop a high-performing team, and can ‘do the doing’, then this is the role for you.
Reporting to the Club Manager you’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious targets for new members on a monthly basis. You’ll lead the sales team; recruiting, training, inspiring, coaching and driving them to succeed. In addition, you’ll need to work with prospective and current corporates to develop partnerships and drive corporate sales.
You’ll need to love working with people and be highly motivated. If you’re willing to get your hands dirty to help your team smash their targets, our commission structure gives you every incentive to go hard.
You will ideally:
- A proven sales background.
- Leadership experience coaching and developing others
- The ability to influence and inspire those around you
- Your own fitness story and be passionate about heath and wellness
- Experience in fast-paced, high performance environment
