What You’ll Do

As Investor Relations Analyst, you’ll play an important role in connecting Genesis Energy’s strategy, performance and market positioning to the investment community. You’ll help shape a clear, credible and compelling investor narrative that supports market understanding, investor confidence and long-term shareholder value creation.

Working across Finance, Strategy and Executive teams, you’ll support investor communications, market disclosures and engagement activities in a fast-paced listed company environment.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

  • Prepare high-quality investor materials including presentations, briefing notes and Q&A documents.
  • Support quarterly, interim and annual market disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyse financial, operational and market data to generate insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor peer performance, sector trends and broader capital market developments.
  • Support investor engagement activities including results roadshows and investor events.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to support aligned and consistent market messaging.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in funds management, corporate finance or a related field within a publicly listed company or similar environment.
  • Understanding of capital markets, financial analysis and market disclosure obligations.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, collaborative and growth-oriented mindset with sound judgement and professionalism.
