As we continue to evolve our digital platforms, we’re looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to help us build scalable, high-impact solutions that power seamless customer experiences across our ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key contributor in designing, building, and supporting our Salesforce ecosystem, working across the full software lifecycle.

Build & Deliver

  • Develop high-quality custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and APIs
  • Design and implement integrations with internal systems and external platforms
  • Contribute to customer-facing applications and digital experiences

Own & Improve

  • Maintain and enhance existing systems to ensure performance and reliability
  • Work with best practices in testing, QA, and secure development

DevOps in Action

  • Help automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure
  • Work with tools like Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous delivery and improvement

Support & Scale

  • Monitor production systems and respond to incidents
  • Participate in on-going system optimisation and troubleshooting

Innovate & Collaborate

  • Explore new technologies and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
  • Contribute ideas to shape our technology and delivery strategy

About You

You’re a passionate developer who enjoys building impactful solutions and working collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years in Salesforce development, including integrations
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Visualforce
  • Flows
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud (Communities)
  • Salesforce data modelling, security, and governance limits

Technical Expertise

  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs & OAuth2
  • Strong API design and integration patterns knowledge
  • Java
  • Python (backend exposure)
  • Automated testing (WebdriverIO)
  • Familiarity with AWS (preferred)

DevOps Mindset

  • Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, CI/CD
  • Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle

Salesforce Developer Certification and relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) required.
