What will you do?
We are looking for a Performance and Analytics Lead to join our team. Working closely with the Performance and Analytics Manager, this pivotal role provides leadership and oversight of clinical systems, information systems, and innovation initiatives that support safe, high quality care across our villages.
This role combines hands on delivery with operational leadership, taking ownership of both business as usual system improvements and larger transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide oversight of clinical system performance, enhancements, and new feature development, ensuring clinical safety and quality are maintained at all times
- Leading and deliver initiatives from concept through to implementation, including working "in the detail" to ensure successful delivery
- Drive innovation through the introduction of new tools, systems, and processes that enhance care delivery and resident outcomes
- Collaborating with operations, clinical, and technology teams to ensure solutions are practical, effective, and aligned to best practice
- Develop and maintain clinical data dashboards and reporting to measure care quality, performance, and improvement
- Ensuring clinical systems and processes comply with New Zealand and Australian aged care legislation and standards
- Supporting change initiatives including new village openings, system implementations, and workforce adoption

Who are you?
You are a driven and collaborative professional who enjoys leading change, working with data, and improving systems to deliver better outcomes. You will also bring:
- Proven experience leading or delivering projects in healthcare or digital health environments
- Experience working within healthcare or digital health systems
- Strong understanding of clinical systems and aged care standards in New Zealand and Australia
- Experience using data and analytics to measure performance and drive improvements
- The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- A hands on, detail oriented approach with strong organisation and problem solving skills, for operationalising projects.
