What You’ll Do

We’re excited to welcome new Customer Service Representatives to our team based in our modern Hamilton Central office.

In this structured, fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for Genesis customers, delivering outstanding service while also supporting customer growth through both inbound and outbound interactions. You’ll handle customer enquiries, process transactions and provide advice— all while working as part of a collaborative, high-energy team.

To set you up for success, we provide comprehensive paid training and on-the-job support. You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Paid training is scheduled to commence on 3rd July. You'll recieve a great starting salary of $60,300. Once you’re established and performing confidently in the role, hybrid working arrangements may be discussed.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Handle customer enquiries and transactions efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver quality service to maximise satisfaction and retention.
  • Support sales through confident, customer-focused conversations.
  • Build strong relationships and contribute to a supportive team environment.
  • Identify improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  • Process requests per procedures and compliance.
  • Accurately record interactions and actions in systems.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, supportive team environment.
