Well versed IT engineer
Basics of Wi-Fi
Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
Point of Sale systems- Hand scanner, Printer screen
Install and administer MS Office
Diagnose and resolve issues with user devices and equipment.
Handle incidents such as system breakdowns, malfunction, or performance issues.
Restore normal functioning of equipment used by authorized users.
