What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Leading business development activity to win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Ensure new business is won at the best possible commercial terms for BOC/Linde
  • Work with your Sales Manager to agree on highest potential accounts to target for you and the team
  • Provide technical support to run welding and cutting equipment demonstrations at Trade Shows, Seminars and Customer sites
  • Ensure ongoing development of your personal welding and cutting expertise
  • Represent BOC/Linde at local and national Welding Institutions
  • Build strong collaborative relationships within your team and other BOC departments.

What Makes You Great

  • Strong technical sales and business development experience with the ability to deliver on sales targets (Specialised
  • Manufacturing and Construction sales would be an advantage)
  • Advanced welding, cutting and product application knowledge
  • Ability to strategically grow existing business through a technical solutions approach
  • Ability to train customers on specific products and demonstrate features
  • Thorough understanding of price and contract management
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Confident approach and resilient attitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
