An opportunity has risen for a Customer Services focused individual to join us at Mainfreight Tauranga!

Being the first point of contact for our customers, you’re the face of the Mainfreight Tauranga You’re the sort of person that when you meet someone who doesn't have a smile, you give them one of yours.

Primary duties include but not limited to

• Respond to internal & external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Depot searches and advising customers of any delivery delays and issues
• Support for the team and ensuring a balance of workload
• Tracking key customers freight to ensure meeting delivery times
• A general bit of everything at times
