An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Legal Executive who thrives on autonomy, takes genuine pride in their work, and is confident managing files end‑to‑end.
About the Role
You will take ownership of a varied portfolio of property matters, managing files independently with access to senior support where required.
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase transactions
- Supporting subdivision, development, refinancing, and leasing matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
- Liaising directly with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other third parties
- General file administration, including file set‑up, closing, deeds, and document filing
- Assisting with the training and support of junior team members as required
About You
This role will suit someone who brings:
- Legal Executive qualification with proven property experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a property legal executive role
- Confidence managing files independently and responsibly
- Initiative and sound judgement in day‑to‑day work
- Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
- A reliable, team‑focused approach and pride in delivering high‑quality work
