About the Role

You will have autonomy to manage a varied litigation caseload end‑to‑end, with senior lawyer support available for more complex matters.

Responsibilities will include

• Advising clients across a broad range of dispute resolution and litigation matters, from employment and regulatory issues to trusts and estates litigation
• Managing files from initial advice through to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and correspondence
• Representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Working closely with senior lawyers and counsel on complex matters
• Supporting and (where appropriate to experience) mentoring junior lawyers and legal support staff

About You

This role will suit someone who brings:

• Minimum of 2 years' PQE in dispute resolution or litigation
• Confidence managing files autonomously
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Sound judgement and a practical, client‑focused approach
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
