Established in 1994, Wither Hills is dedicated to the philosophy that exceptional wines are 'created in the vineyard'. Named after the landmark Wither Hills range that borders our vineyards, our expert team grow and craft exceptional wines that reflect our unique sense of place. At Wither Hills we are passionate about providing an enjoyable working and learning environment for all our team!

We are looking for two enthusiastic Cellar Hands to join our friendly and dedicated winery team. These are full-time, permanent roles, working across all aspects of winery operations with real opportunity to learn, grow and build your craft.

What you'll bring

  • Some Cellar Hand experience is preferable but not essential
  • A willingness to learn and get stuck in
  • A positive mindset, strong work ethic, and a good learning agility
  • Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing priorities
  • Interest in training and supporting new team members, particularly during harvest
  • Forklift experience an advantage but not essential
  • Availability to work flexible and extended hours such as nights and/or weekends during the harvest period
