Are you a compassionate and reliable C aregiver who takes pride in making a difference every day? A position has become available in Grant Home ( dementia care home) at T he Croft for a caregiver to join the team.

About the Role

As a Caregiver, you’ll work closely with our Nurses and clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Your role is vital in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents by supporting them with their daily needs and encouraging independence, dignity, and joy in everyday moments. This position is permanent part-time working 8 shifts over a two week roster, with 1 day a split shift.
