Our superstar Customer Service Representative has now been promoted to Customer Service Team Leader, therefore we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fun and vibrant team on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the role:
The Customer Service Representative will represent the Toyota brand with pride and recognize the importance of being both the voice of Albany Toyota and the voice of the customer. You'll handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and support our service departments by managing bookings and follow ups. This role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with no weekend work required unless you would like to join in on some of our awesome community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone or email.
- Schedule service bookings according to each branches workshop availability.
- Provide accurate service quotes and timelines.
- Ensure data quality remains to the highest standard.
- Complete outgoing calls to customers regarding upcoming service and warrant of fitness expirations on their vehicle.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about all thing’s customer service related, pervious experience is preferred although not a deal breaker. You will have excellent communication skills and will not be afraid to pick up the phone to make a call. Your interpersonal skills will help you drive positive business outcomes, through long term relationships and you will understand the need to prioritise tasks to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Skills / Experience:
- Be motivated with a great work ethic.
- Proficient data entry.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Customer focused with a warm and professional manner.
- Comfortable in providing customer solutions.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
