As a Senior Product Manager for Business Lending and Investment products, you will play a key role in developing, growing and optimising products that meet the evolving needs of Kiwi businesses. You will set Kiwibank apart in the market and make a meaningful difference to our customers and communities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your creativity and leadership to help us reimagine what banking can be. From shaping product lifecycles to driving innovation, you will have a clear remit to lead, inspire, and innovate.

As a senior member in the Business Product team you will be a natural leader and use your experience to help the team navigate more complex challenges and opportunities for Kiwibank and Customer-Business to realise our growth aspirations.

• A strong mix of skills across product management, process improvement, market knowledge, and customer-focused innovation
• Confidence in managing product performance and applying product management principles effectively
• Experience in banking or financial services (Business or Retail Banking preferred but not essential)
• A proactive approach and growth mindset, with a passion for driving change and delivering results
• The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across all levels of the business
• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to tailor your messaging to different audiences
