Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Specialist with 4–5 years’ experience with well-known consumer brands to help drive social media campaigns, digital content, and events across Aotearoa.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to get things done — from adapting global campaigns for local audiences, to writing social captions that pop, to rolling up your sleeves at a product launch.

You won’t be stuck in strategy meetings. You’ll be out there making it happen — working alongside a tight-knit team to turn great ideas into real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Social Media: Run day-to-day social content planning, writing, scheduling, and community management across key channels.
• Campaign Execution: Bring global brand campaigns to life in the NZ market — aligning with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Event Support: Help deliver activations and trade events across the country, from logistics to onsite coordination.
• Product Launch Support: Coordinate content and rollout for new product releases.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have 4–5 years in a marketing, content, or social media role — ideally in a consumer-facing brand.
• Proven ability to run social media accounts with confidence and creativity.

• Are confident managing projects and timelines across multiple channels.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Love being hands-on, detail-focused, and part of a team that’s always moving.
• Experience in working with creative teams or agencies is a bonus.
