The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and proactive People & Culture Business Partner to support our National Field Sales team across Aotearoa.
In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be a trusted advisor and coach to our sales leaders, helping to drive performance, lift engagement, and create an environment where our people can thrive. You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, from culture and capability to recruitment and workforce planning, with plenty of variety and real opportunity to make an impact.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building relationships, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
What you'll be doing
As a key part of our People & Culture team, your role will include:
- Leading engagement and culture initiatives to lift performance and retention
- Coaching and supporting Field Sales leaders to embed a culture of performance and accountability through our performance and development framework
- Driving succession planning and targeted development for key talent
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to attract, select and successfully onboard great people
- Supporting organisational change, workforce planning and ER matters
What you'll bring
You're a confident HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - someone who builds trust easily and gets energy from solving problems and supporting people.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in a business partnering role, ideally in FMCG, retail or a similar field-based setting
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence and engage leaders
- A working knowledge of NZ employment legislation and experience managing ER matters
- A commercial mindset and the ability to link people activity to business outcomes
- Great communication skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for making workplaces better
