Store Operating Hours: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week
Hours per Week: 35-40 (Full-time)

HARISWAROOP LIMITED is a well-established fruit, vegetable, and grocery store in Whangarei, currently looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to support store operations and lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong retail background who is passionate about customer service and team leadership.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or issues
• Assist to manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier orders
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Assist with staff training, shift planning, and rostering
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (NZ citizen, resident, or valid work visa)
