We’re on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and

support our cleaning teams across various Auckland sites. If you have a strong eye for detail and

enjoy leading others, this could be the role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Visiting different cleaning sites to monitor work and ensure quality standards

• Conducting site checks and addressing any cleaning issues

• Training and inducting new cleaners

• Organising cover when staff are unavailable

• Delivering cleaning products and equipment to sites

• Performing deep cleans and specialty cleans when needed

• Supporting and guiding team members to succeed in their roles

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of one year Previous NZ experience of supervisory or team leader experience

• Great communication skills – both written and verbal

• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence

• Flexibility with shifts and travel across Auckland

• Confident using a smartphone and basic computer systems
