A global organisation is transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA, modernising systems as part of a long-term transformation. As Change Analyst, you’ll support change across key business functions—working on impact assessments, training plans, and stakeholder engagement. This Tauranga-based hybrid role requires 2 office days per fortnight, some evening availability for Europe-based collaboration, and offers the chance to use AI tools to modernise delivery.

You’ll support the development and delivery of structured change artefacts across your assigned business areas. This includes:
- Completing change impact assessments
- Supporting training needs analysis and scheduling
- Maintaining the stakeholder register and stakeholder analysis
- Assisting in drafting comms and engagement materials
- Iterating training documentation based on feedback and business readiness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption success
- Supporting early life support planning and adoption metric tracking
- 2+ years’ experience as a Change Analyst, Coordinator, or similar support role
- Strong understanding of change artefacts (impact assessments, training plans, comms)
- High attention to detail and ability to write clearly and concisely
- Enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve documentation and delivery
- Flexibility to support occasional evening meetings across time zones
- Positive, proactive approach and ability to thrive in a lean, delivery-focused team
- Immediate or short-notice availability
