We’re partnering with a high impact programme that is centralising shared services across a group of organisations. With over 1,000 FTEs impacted, this is a large-scale initiative that touches everything from People & Culture and Finance to Tech, Procurement, and Customer Experience.
About the role: This is a newly created, senior level position designed to drive organisational change as part of a multi-year transformation programme. Reporting to the Programme Director, you’ll work alongside a skilled team of Project Leads, BAs, Communications and Engagement specialists, and other change professionals. You’ll be responsible for leading change planning and execution across functions and entities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and shaping how the change is embedded. This role needs someone who’s comfortable figuring it out as they go and helping others do the same.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Lead organisational change across a complex shared services transformation
- Develop and drive change strategies, impact assessments, and adoption plans
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to influence and gain buy-in
- Monitor readiness and address barriers to adoption across multiple business units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help shape the programme’s future direction
- Deliver meaningful outcomes within tight timeframes and navigate a high-stakes environment with complexity
You'll also bring:
- 10+ years of experience in complex change environments
- Proven success managing organisational change affecting 1,000+ FTEs
- Experience in large-scale transformation, especially involving structural or workforce reorganisation
- Strong understanding of organisational design, business transformation, and stakeholder management
- Resilient and confident operating at senior leadership level
- Familiar with change methodologies like ADKAR or PROSCI
