A global organisation is mid-transition from ECC to S/4HANA, aiming to modernise systems and enable scalable operations. As Change Manager, you’ll lead a key delivery stream—driving adoption across critical processes. This hybrid Tauranga-based role requires just 2 in-office days per fortnight, with some evening availability to support European teams. You’ll also use AI tools to streamline delivery and drive smarter outcomes.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of change across your assigned workstream, from early planning through to post-go-live. Your key focus areas will include:

  • Stakeholder register and stakeholder analysis
  • Change impact assessments and business readiness planning
  • Comms and engagement planning and execution
  • Training needs analysis, curriculum development, and scheduling
  • Cutover planning and deployment footprint coordination
  • Delivery of business education (knowledge transfer) sessions
  • Early life support planning, metrics tracking, and post-implementation reviews
  • Documentation of lessons learnt and handover to BAU

You’ll bring structure and clarity to change activity, while remaining flexible and open to evolving needs across the business.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in change management within large-scale ERP or SAP transformations
  • Change management certification (PROSCI, ACMP, CMI or equivalent)
  • Practical knowledge of ADKAR or similar models
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Comfort working with AI tools to support the creation and delivery of change artefacts
  • Willingness to work across time zones, including some evening sessions
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and prioritising in fast-paced environments
