As Digital Analyst you'll help improve our digital performance by digging into data and finding insights that contribute to business growth. You'll use your strong data analysis skills and curiosity about online customer behavior to achieve this. Working closely with other teams, you'll help set up accurate tracking, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards across our digital platforms, marketing, and new features.

What you’ll do | Hei mahi
As Digital Analyst you'll help improve our digital performance by digging into data and finding insights that contribute to business growth. You'll use your strong data analysis skills and curiosity about online customer behavior to achieve this. Working closely with other teams, you'll help set up accurate tracking, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards across our digital platforms, marketing, and new features.
- Utilise strong SQL skills to query, extract, and analyse data from various sources, delivering actionable insights that help inform, educate, and engage our digital and wider business teams. Your analysis will focus on improving conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall customer satisfaction.
- Help develop and maintain measurement methodologies to track the effectiveness of website and app changes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Support the development of key metrics used to measure performance across strategic objectives like customer awareness, acquisition, retention, re-engagement and digital product performance.
- Analyse datasets using tools like BigQuery and Google Analytics to extract valuable business insights under guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience driving insights from data and presenting the findings with recommendations to different sets of stakeholders.
- Experience with web analytics tools (preferably Google Analytics)
- Experience with SQL preferable GCP
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBi
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Experience working with developers and business analysts
- Familiar with Agile ways of working
- Customer 1st thinking
