What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with your team to look after a customer portfolio across Hastings, working with key account and trade customers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from growers to retailers and foodservice operators.
- Handling challenging discussions with confidence, creating win-win outcomes.
- Growing sales to maximize market share.
- Creating and implementing product promotional programs.
- Traveling across the region to connect with growers and customers.
- Using your market knowledge to actively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
