Enterprise Analyst ( Power BI Developer )

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Power BI Developer who enjoys working with data and people equally. In this role, you’ll work with a range of tools and teams to translate raw data into clear, useful insights. Success here means being technically strong, but also someone who listens, communicates well, and builds trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Day to day you will:
  • Design and deliver impactful Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and bring data stories to life

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business

  • Extract and transform data from Snowflake, Salesforce, ServiceNow and SharePoint

  • Build models in Power BI using Power Query and DAX

  • Ensure data accuracy and usability in all reporting

  • Automate manual tasks and reporting processes with Power Automate

  • Support a learning and knowledge-sharing culture through documentation and training

What experience you'll bring:

You’ll bring hands-on Power BI and data modelling skills, with a mindset that blends technical know-how with people-first thinking. You enjoy solving problems, picking up new tools, and working with others to get results.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Confidence using SQL, Power Query, DAX, and Snowflake

  • Experience working with SharePoint, Excel and Power Automate

  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • A can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge

  • The ability to simplify complex data and make it meaningful for different audiences

  • A collaborative, team-first approach with attention to detail and pride in your work
