We are looking for a Sterilisation Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis!

Job Description
We are looking for a Sterilisation Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis!
Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about upholding the highest standards of infection control in a clinical setting? If so, we want to hear from you!
In this vital role, you’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning, sterilising, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Accurately monitoring and recording sterilisation processes
- Assisting with infection control procedures across the clinic
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with stock management
- Supporting clinical staff with room setups and patient turnaround
- Assisting the dentist chairside (training provided)
- Jumping in at reception as needed and supporting our front-desk team (training provided)
Working Hours For This Role
- Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 5:30pm (Friday work maybe available as needed)
- Flexibility is key—some earlier starts may be required.

- Comfortable handling used medical equipment—not for the faint of heart!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical field is preferred due to the nature of the work
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and team-orientated approach to all you do.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
