We have an opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a fixed term contract, providing leadership and strategic guidance across our agencies.

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to our agency leadership teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving our people strategy, aligning it with the agency's vision, purpose, and values. You’ll lead and support a range of strategic projects for Publicis Groupe, with a focus on empowering our people through innovative strategies and future workforce planning.
This is a varied people partnering role which will see you work across;
People Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that includes retention, reward and recognition, performance management, and learning and development aligned with agency objectives.
Leadership Coaching: Collaborate closely with agency leaders to shape organisational design, workforce planning, and enhance team performance through effective coaching and guidance.
Employee relations & Change Management: Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation. Partner with leaders to enhance organisational capabilities and develop meaningful programmes.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You’ll have a natural ability to engage people, with strong relationship building skills and high EQ and are comfortable with ambiguity and change
