We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support separate high-impact initiatives that will help shape the future of how we operate. Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll be matched to one of the following streams.


The Initiatives:


Safety, Risk and Compliance: improving how we capture, manage and report safety-related events. You’ll work across business and technical teams to define workflows, support regulatory reporting, and enhance the way we handle risk and compliance.


Rostering and Logistics: enhancing crew and resource scheduling systems. You’ll work on integration-heavy changes, support vendor assessments, and help shape smarter, more scalable rostering solutions.


What you’ll bring


  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Proven ability to clarify complex requirements and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, discovery and analysis skills
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments (familiar with Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • A natural ability to move from ambiguity to structure
