This role will provide essential administrative and business support to the Science Group, with a focus on providing a coordinated approach to delivering administration, secretarial and supportive tasks to support effective science delivery.

This role will provide essential administrative and business support to the Science Group, with a focus on providing a coordinated approach to delivering administration, secretarial and supportive tasks to support effective science delivery.
More About The Role
- Administrative Support : Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements, prepare and edit documents, and handle incoming communications
- Knowledge Management : Develop and maintain knowledge management systems and provide support for internal administrative processes
- Customer Service : Provide effective support for customer queries and general secretarial support, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Business Support : Assist with budget management, expense reports, procurement, and contract management, and improve processes and procedures
- Project and Policy Support : Monitor project timelines and deliverables, support policy delivery, and advise on best practice administrative processes
