Lead Product Designer

We are on the hunt for a passionate and innovative Lead Product Designer to join us at Henry Schein One. Working closely with the Product and Engineering teams, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain the Design Systems for Henry Schein One International. Creating user centric customer journeys for both the patients and practices and ensuring that the teams are adopting mature design principles as part of the agile development process!

The Lead Product Designer will work across multiple products and teams including client server-based and cloud products.

Some Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining Design systems
• Leading other Product Designers as a player-coach
• Creating high quality designs using tools like Figma
• Contributing to the design and refinement of new products and features
• Being a thought leader within HSO in Design best practice
• Participating in appropriate scrum/agile meetings
• Conduct and support market and customer research
• Fantastic teamwork
• Stakeholder management
• Learning and analysing user patterns and adapting the product to suit
• Saying ‘no’
• Demonstrating a hunger for learning and continuous improvement
• Tightening product feedback loops
• Demonstrate discipline and commitment to sustained and high-paced delivery cadence and processes required to support this
  
  

Taking validated hypotheses and concepts into high-fidelity prototyping to test with users to re-validate their viability.

Facilitate and/or contribute to design sprints

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• Extensive UI/UX design experience
• Experience working as a designer within agile teams
• Experience facilitating new product discovery and design sprints
• Working with stakeholders to build and deliver on product vision
• Developing mock-ups and great user experiences
• Excellent communication
• Thought leader who is passionate about great user experiences
• Experience using AI to enable product design is desirable but not required
