About The Role
As a Structural Revit Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality structural documentation for a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Working closely with engineers, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing accurate and detailed Revit models and documentation
- Supporting conceptual and detailed design stages
- Conducting site investigations and preparing technical reports
- Coordinating documentation and managing scope changes

About You
- A minimum of 3 years+ experience modelling in Revit across a range of structural projects
- Good understanding of engineering principals. You will be conversant with relevant NZ Building Codes and statutory requirements and be motivated to learn and develop your expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning
- Adaptable with excellent planning, organising and time management
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
