Job Description
The impact you'll make:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll work with Deloitte Private leaders and stakeholders across the country to activate and evolve results-driven, integrated marketing programmes that support Deloitte Private.
Specifically, you’ll lead the annual Deloitte Fast 50 awards and Best Managed Companies programme targeting our private business audiences, and drive other initiatives to capture the attention of our audiences.
In this role, you’ll utilise a mix of traditional and digital marketing tactics, project and event management, internal stakeholder liaison, and campaign evaluation to bring the Deloitte Private brand to life so if you enjoy rolling your sleeves up and developing campaigns that leave lasting impressions, then this is the role for you!
Perhaps you’ve had experience executing large event programmes with sharp deadlines or have worked in contract roles with plenty of variety, so you’re used to hitting the ground running. Most of all, you enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

- Leading firmwide campaigns using a mix of digital, content, and in-person engagement to build profile and create platforms for further conversations with our audiences
- Coordinating campaign execution across Deloitte regions nationwide, liaising with suppliers and colleagues in each market
- Managing events across the country, including developing invitation lists and key messages; driving event attendance; and briefing stakeholders and suppliers
- Creating marketing collateral including writing for a quarterly client e-newsletter; developing fresh website content; and drafting social media posts
- Measuring, tracking, and reporting back on programme and campaign results
Your expertise:
Skills
Bring your five plus years of marketing experience, strong campaign management and content development skills and see what impact you could make. You are also:
- Experienced in delivering marketing campaigns in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment
- Able to quickly understand a variety of issues, feel confident managing multiple projects with competing priorities while delivering all work at a high standard
- Excellent at building relationships right across an organisation
- Digitally savvy and keen to make an impact on our campaigns and activities
- Self-motivated and an awesome team player
