We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator with excellent customer service skills, previous experience administering a database system, and ideally previous administration experience within a tertiary organisation.


In this role you will contribute to providing high quality customer services to our tauira (students), managing customer queries and supporting internal customers including Academic Registry staff (Receptionist). Specifically, you will manage and resolve all customer queries across multiple channels (walk-ins, phone, email, website, and Dynamics platform), and provide oversight of the enquiry lifecycle, with a focus on improving conversation rates from enquiry to enrolment.


Applicants who have the following are encouraged to apply:

  • Minimum Level 4 qualification in Business Administration, Customer Services, or related field and/or
  • At least 2 years previous customer or administration experience .
  • Experience with student information systems and enquiry management, preferably in a tertiary environment.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 products and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A current, unrestricted private motor vehicle licence.
