About The Role

We are looking for a Contract Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career, and to be responsible for the management and support of our systems and data to ensure they meet the operating needs of the organisation.

We pride ourselves on giving our members and providers the best experience, you will need to be driven and a high performer.

No two days are the same, but some responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all contract information for our Affiliated Provider (AP) agreements is correct and accurate, updating as necessary
  • Assisting Partnership Managers with the AP agreement process
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties

About You

This position requires a resilient, efficient, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented person that has a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in an environment where priorities may shift quickly
  • Self-starter who can effectively use professional judgement
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams would be helpful
  • Ability to successfully build and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders
