About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a fast-paced recruiter with an interest in the health and disability sector to join our team based in Tauranga. Applicants must be based in Tauranga with the right to work here.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and recruit home carers and support workers for clients with disabilities or severe injuries.

• Ensure our workers are fully compliant and have completed onboarding prior to commencing their assignments with clients.

• Update rosters, complete weekly payroll and manage workers.

• Provide our workers and clients with on-going support.

Key Competencies:

• Previous recruitment experience in the health sector is advantageous

• Previous experience managing teams, rosters and payroll

• Confident with the ability to navigate high pressure work situations and resolve conflict

• Intermediate level knowledge of Office 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)

• Proactive self-starter who is adaptable

• Tech savvy with the ability to pick us new skills quickly

• Exceptional people management skills

• Excellent communication skills
