Cook

We are looking for x2 Cooks in a full time permanent role for our busy cafe.

• Prepare and cook dishes, season, and preserve foods.
• Assist in planning and developing menus.
• Ensure that all appliances are in working condition by ensuring they meet all applicable laws relating hygiene and safety.
• Ensure the quality of foods before they leave the kitchen.
• Monitoring portion and waste control.
• Ensure that the kitchen is always kept clean.

Its a full time permanent role and the hours required are for 30 to 40 hours per week. The hourly pay is $28 per hour to $32 per hour.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of relevant experience or a level 3 certificate in Cookery or Hospitality.
