Company Overview:


We are a dynamic and innovative 3D printing technology company based in Auckland, specialising in 3D scanning, 3D printing, and engineering design consultancy. With a growing client base in both New Zealand and overseas, particularly in China, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team and support our expanding international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our contract processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, interpreting, maintaining, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and contract variations
  • Drafting and managing commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Coordinating contract execution and tracking milestones to ensure timely performance
  • Working closely with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to align contract terms with project requirements
  • Drafting and reviewing Chinese-language commercial documents and correspondence, particularly for clients in China
  • Assisting with the resolution of contract disputes and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Managing contract documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A NZQF level 5 qualification or above in business, law, engineering, or a related discipline, or,
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or commercial project support
  • Strong knowledge of contract structure, legal terms, and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent written Chinese and English language skills, including the ability to draft and interpret formal documents in both languages
  • High attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management software is a plus
